Purpose and legal basis

We process your data to answer the enquiries you send us through the contact form.

The legal basis is your consent (article 6.1.a GDPR), which you give by ticking the checkbox in the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Data we process

Your name, your email address and the content of your message.

To protect the form against spam we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which analyses the connection (for example the IP address) to tell people from robots. We do not use it for advertising. In addition, your IP address is kept for a few minutes in the server's memory only, to limit the number of submissions.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to answer your enquiry and, afterwards, blocked for the legal limitation periods.

Recipients

We do not disclose your data to third parties unless the law requires it. Our hosting and email providers and Cloudflare, Inc. (Turnstile) have access to it as data processors; international transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to joseluis@viajesolympia.com.

If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
